Step-by-step guide
Step 1. Confirm the finished panel size and ventilation opening.
Step 2. Select material based on the project: natural for classic interiors, paper for lightweight decorative use, or PE for color matching and repeatability.
Step 3. Cut the rattan roll with allowance and align the weave orientation with the frame.
Step 4. Fix the roll to the backside of the panel frame and keep tension balanced.
Step 5. Finish the back with wood strips or the required fixing method for a clean installation.
